Sweet treat time! Nom nom nom….
These little gems came to me in a vision… Ok not really… but they are worth writing down. I have a hard time following a recipe. In fact I don’t know that I have ever followed a recipe
exactly. So I just make stuff up and when it works I eat it. So this is again a guide:

Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal coconut nuggets of pure deliciousness – sugar free. Gluten free. Totally edible. I’ll just call them #yumtowncitycookies

1 cup rolled oats.
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used Advocare Muscle Gain #duh but any kind would probably do)
4 tablespoons PB2
Unsweetened coconut flakes (1/4 cup maybe? #justthrowsomein)

In a blender or food processor pulse:
2 large bananas
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon coconut oil (solidish but soft – not melted)

Mix wet and dry together. If it’s runny add a little more oats. It should be scoopable and droppable.

So obviously then:
Scoop and drop on parchment sheet.
Bake for appox 10-12 min at 350 degrees.
They should be springy to the touch when done.
Last but not least: try not to eat every last one.
